What you will be doing:
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes for dinner service, ensuring consistency and presentation meet Botanist’s standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and techniques specific to your station
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during a fast-paced dinner service
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining excellence in quality and taste
- Follow all kitchen procedures, including food safety, sanitation, and organization standards
- Assist with mise en place, station setup, and breakdown before and after service
- Support in training and mentoring junior team members when required
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
- Support other kitchen areas as needed to meet operational demands
