What you will be doing:
- Support servers in delivering exceptional breakfast service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
- Assist with table service, including delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Anticipate guest and team needs, providing proactive and timely support
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to confidently assist guests when required
- Follow all health, safety, and service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of breakfast service
