What you will be doing:
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service in line with Forbes Five-Star standards
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive service, creating memorable and tailored experiences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering knowledgeable recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, including breakfast, brunch specialties, and lunch items
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail across all service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless and elevated service flow
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown for all daytime services
