What you will be doing:
Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service to all guests in the patio area
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when appropriate
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
Support service operations for the patio food truck, including order coordination, guest interaction, and maintaining service flow
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to enhance the overall experience
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food truck features, food, wine, and cocktails
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the patio area, food truck station, and service areas
Work collaboratively with kitchen, food truck, and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of the patio and food truck operations
