Contract - Full Time, Permanent , 39 hours / Week.
- In charge of all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar and kitchen.
- Lead Food & Beverage Team & Kitchen Team to provide excellent service.
- Ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability for the Food & Beverage & Kitchen Teams.
- Responsible for maintenance & health & safety across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, hotel policies and health & safety requirements.
- Liaise closely with other teams internally to ensure smooth operations.
- Produce and analyse financial reports daily, monthly and as and when required.
- Implement Accor Vision, Values and emergency communication protocols.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
- Perform Talent & Culture duties required for the department.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with Reservations and Sales team regarding banquet revenue.
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service
- Work with the Management to meet and exceed budgeted hotel targets
- Able to think strategically and maximize our hotel’s potential.
