The Digital Distribution Manager manages the digital distribution ecosystem for Novotel Madinah. The role
combines channel management, systems configuration, rate and inventory governance, reporting, training, and
operational support to maximize online revenue and keep distribution platforms accurate, connected, and
commercially effective.
Primary responsibilities:
⢠Support new openings or hotel transitions across distribution systems such as CRS, PMS, RMS, Business
Intelligence, loyalty, and Sales CRM tools.
⢠Configure and map new channels and support rate loading for global or property-level offers.
⢠Manage day-to-day performance of digital distribution channels, including brand.com, ALL - Accor Live Limitless,
OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, metasearch, booking engine, and related core systems.
⢠Maintain rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency in line with brand and revenue standards.
⢠Audit PMS and CRS usage against reservations and revenue management best practices.
⢠Optimize booking engine, OTA, central reservation, and campaign setup to improve commercial execution.
⢠Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support technical fixes, updates, and rollout activities.
⢠Monitor channel production, conversion, and revenue trends and prepare reports or dashboards for
management teams.
⢠Use data integrity checks and Business Intelligence outputs to support revenue and sales decision-making.
⢠Work with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams on promotions, launches, system
changes, and property support.
⢠Train hotel teams on distribution tools and share best practices across properties or brands.
