As our Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting the Finance team with maintaining accurate financial records. You鈥檒l work closely with department managers to ensure timely processing of invoices, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Daily banking and cash flow reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll preparation and compliance requirements
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to resolve queries
- Providing general administrative and finance support to the Finance team
