Assist in the development, implementation & monitoring of the annual Training Plan & training budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel鈥檚 strategic objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis & collaborate with Department Heads to identify & address training requirements.
Coordinate, organize & deliver both internal & external training programs across the hotel.
Monitor training effectiveness & proactively recommend continuous improvements
Actively participate in & play a key role in driving Heartist engagement initiatives and activities.
