What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook exceptional dishes for all areas of the hotel, with a primary focus on the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse
Deliver food to the highest standards, consistently meeting our strict Brand Standards
Work full-time, 40 hours per week, over 5 days from 7—no split shifts
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar chef role is preferred, but full training will be provided
A genuine passion for producing impeccable, high-quality food every day
A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
