Reporting to the Night Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Provide guests with a superior first and last impression of the hotel
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service to our guests
- Handle guest requests effectively and promptly
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience and proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest鈥檚 stay
- Generate reports and perform hotel and valet audits
- Complete night audit tasks as assigned
- Key Members of Crisis & Emergency Team
- Promote a professional team environment
- Ensure safety of guests and colleagues by following safety policies
- Complies with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts policies, procedures and code of ethics
- Performs any and all other tasks which are assigned by management
