Reporting to our Head Chef you will be responsible the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment.
As a leader in our Kitchen you will be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge.
As our Chef de Partie you will also have the opportunity to work Sous Chef on menu development and creation.
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
