Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, intuitive service throughout the full guest journey鈥攆rom pre-arrival to post-departure
- Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation, handling luggage, unpacking, and in-room arrangements
- Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking, ensuring highly tailored experiences
- Manage all guest requests including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions
- Maintain immaculate presentation of suites, wardrobes, and in-room details in line with FAENA standards
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge to ensure seamless service delivery
- Arrange and oversee personalized F&B experiences and in-room dining for VIP and special attention guests
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service history for future stays
- Support arrival and departure experiences, including in-room check-in and express check-out
- Monitor room condition and report maintenance or quality issues proactively
- Promote resort services and experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest stay
- Assist with guest logistics including airport transfers, activities, and special arrangements
- Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and confidentiality at all times
