Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
Ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain service standards through regular staff training and evaluations.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events to attract new and repeat guests.
Maintain the restaurant鈥檚 reputation and presence through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships.
