- Assist in supervising and training F&B staff, ensuring consistent service standards and professional behavior
- Monitor and maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations and organizational standards
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Operate and troubleshoot POS systems to process transactions, manage orders, and generate operational reports
- Support the development and implementation of menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation, presentation, and service delivery
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist in scheduling staff, managing payroll records, and maintaining attendance documentation
- Analyze F&B costs and identify opportunities for waste reduction and operational efficiency
