Hotel Maintenance/Mechanic II
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for handling the general maintenance and repairs in the entire hotel including guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, kitchens, hotel perimeters & heart of house.
- In addition you will perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment; as well as HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing where possible.
- You will be responsible for, and be proactive in, reporting deficiencies and areas needing repair according to hotel reporting procedures.
- You will complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis.
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property鈥檚 facilities and equipment and take immediate corrective action where possible.
- Assist guests regarding property facilities whenever possible.
