What you鈥檒l be doing
You will partner closely with hotel leaders to support both day-to-day people needs and longer-term culture and capability initiatives across the hotel.
You will:
- Provide practical HR advice across employee relations, performance, and workforce planning, helping leaders translate strategy into meaningful team outcomes
- Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new team members.
- Contribute to performance and engagement initiatives, helping our leaders build capability, strengthen development conversations, and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Work with the wider People & Culture team, assisting with employee relations, compliance, and workplace health and safety processes, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the business.
- Assist with reporting and HR systems maintenance, supporting accurate data and insights to inform decision-making.
