- Deliver a comprehensive range of spa treatments and therapies using advanced techniques tailored to each guest's individual needs and preferences
- Create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their spa journey
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all products, supplies, and equipment are properly stocked and sanitized
- Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals, health concerns, and treatment preferences, providing expert recommendations and detailed feedback
- Execute suggestive selling and upselling opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and treatment benefits with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with guests through personalized service, follow-up care, and rebooking management
- Monitor room ambience, lighting, temperature, and aromatherapy to optimize the overall spa experience
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all spa treatments, wellness therapies, and facility amenities to answer guest inquiries comprehensively
