What you will be doing:
- Provide warm, engaging, and professional service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance the overall experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily features
- Ensure cabana areas are clean, organized, and set up to luxury standards at all times
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
