What you will be doing:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, with consistency and attention to detail
Provide warm, personalized service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
Anticipate guest preferences and make recommendations based on menu knowledge
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area to luxury standards
Ensure proper setup, stocking, and replenishment of bar inventory throughout the shift
Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety standards
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Collaborate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
Process transactions accurately using POS systems standards
