What you will be doing:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
- Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
- Manage reservations and the seating flow to ensure efficient service
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guests
- Coordinate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
- Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, lounge offerings, and hotel amenities
- Monitor the dining room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with special requests, celebrations, and guest preferences when possible
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in accordance with hotel standards
- Support the Food & Beverage team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
