As a weekend F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the weekend operations of the Restaurant and Bar
- Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
- Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.
- Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences.
- Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
- Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism.
