ABOUT THE ROLE
鈥rogram Development: create, schedule, and implement diverse recreational activities, social gatherings, and fitness programs suited to the demographics of the facility.
鈥taff Leadership: recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, volunteers, or instructors to ensure high-quality service and safe operations.
鈥acility & Inventory Management: Inspect, maintain, and ensure the safety of recreational facilities (e.g., pools, community centers) and equipment, including ordering necessary supplies.
鈥udgeting & Administration: Manage the recreation department budget, including generating revenue, tracking expenses, preparing reports, and managing vendor contracts.
鈥ustomer Service: Actively engage with guests/residents to encourage participation, address concerns, and provide exceptional experiences.
鈥arketing & Promotion: Promote events and activities through marketing efforts to encourage participation.
