2. Guest Service Excellence
- Deliver warm, professional, and sophisticated guest interactions in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Take orders promptly and accurately while remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs and requests.
- Build rapport with guests and provide personalized service to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest-focused approach at all times.
3. Bar Operations Management
- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, ordering processes, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor beverage costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
4. Quality, Cleanliness & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, and safety procedures.
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures within the bar.
- Uphold luxury service standards and ensure consistency across all shifts.
5. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, supervise, and support the bar team in daily operations.
- Train junior bartenders and ensure continuous skill development.
- Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team environment.
- Coordinate effectively with Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
