- Prepare and organize your assigned workstation and mise en place according to daily requirements and stock lists
- Assist the Chef de Partie in executing daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and plating presentation before dishes are handed to the pass
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your assigned kitchen areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow all ordering procedures and ensure orders are processed through the appropriate channels
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork by supporting and assisting co-workers as needed
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and food safety protocols
- Report to duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu offerings, including recipes and ingredients
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support kitchen operations
- Ensure a complete and thorough handover to the responsible supervisor at the end of your shift
