As a Saudi National, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment aligned with our luxury hospitality standards. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that security protocols are effective, staff are well-trained, and risks are managed proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and assets.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and train the security team to maintain high vigilance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal departments during incidents or emergencies.
- Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access controls to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company code of ethics.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to balance security needs with guest experience, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Stay updated on industry trends, security technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance security measures.
