We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our portfolio team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, people-focused, and eager to contribute to our digital footprint.
Tasks include:
- Maintain and update hotel websites using various Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure accurate content, SEO optimisation, and a seamless user experience.
- Liaise with agencies and internal teams for technical improvements and performance enhancements.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for all properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high percentage of completeness and accuracy.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword-rich content creation, to improve visibility and drive traffic and direct bookings
- Oversee paid media campaigns performance across search, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing and agencies to manage budgets, optimise campaigns, and achieve agreed performance targets.
- With the Director of marketing and team develop CRM strategies and that align to wider campaign activity. Execute these to nurture guest relationships, increase repeat bookings and drive revenue.
- Drive performance metrics such as CTO and CTR through segmentation, personalisation, and campaign optimisation.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor user behaviour, conversion paths, and campaign performance.
- Translate GA4 insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
