Key Responsibilities
- Lead evening à la carte service at Coco’s, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and served on time
- Manage mise en place and supervise junior chefs in your section
- Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Assist with room service, buffet and larder preparations as required
- Collaborate on seasonal and creative menu development to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all kitchen sections
