Luggage Management: Ensure the "safe keeping" of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage. This includes accurate tagging, organizing the luggage room into Arrival, Departure, and Long-Term sections, and maintaining a clear logbook.
Rooming & Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms and provide a professional orientation, explaining room features such as light switches, Wi-Fi, and amenities in an engaging way.
Property Ambassadorship: Maintain a constant presence in the lobby to offer assistance. Act as a "storyteller" by sharing knowledge about the hotel's heritage, local attractions, and facilities.
Operational Support: Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest transitions. Deliver messages, newspapers, and parcels promptly to guest rooms.
