What You鈥檒l be doing:
- Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional breakfast dining experiences.
- Lead the morning shift by example, supervising the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs while guiding junior team members.
- Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all sections.
- Support menu development, mise en place, and maintain stock control and cost efficiency.
