Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement innovative menu concepts, service strategies, and operational improvements
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate F&B team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and optimize profitability through efficient resource management
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
Address guest complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences
Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Participate in staff scheduling, payroll management, and performance evaluations to support team development
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
Stay current with industry trends, culinary innovations, and best practices in F&B operations
Customize service experiences based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
Support the F&B Manager in budget planning and financial management of departmental operations
