Job Description

Lead, manage, and develop the Butler team to deliver exceptional service standards in line with MGallery brand expectations.
Oversee daily Butler operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and personalized guest experiences at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and team performance, implementing continuous improvements to enhance luxury guest experiences.
Train, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
