As the multiskilled FOH team member, you embody Novotel’s progressive values through your presentation, personality and energy. You are the welcoming presence in the lobby during morning and evening hours, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and well-cared-for. With a wealth of brand, hotel and city knowledge, guests instinctively turn to you for assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests and visitors from around the world, building relationships with new and returning guests and creating an atmosphere of genuine conviviality.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information.
• Be present and visible in the lobby, easily identifiable by guests, and anticipate their needs by promptly responding to queries and requests.
• Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other departments, including Housekeeping and maintenance..
