Job Description

Oversee receiving operations to ensure all goods are checked for quality, quantity, and compliance with approved purchase orders.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are properly documented, recorded, and stored in accordance with hotel procedures.
Manage store inventory control, including stock levels, par stock monitoring, and month-end stock counts and reconciliations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain accurate cost control records, including food and beverage transfers, staff meals, and entertainment expenses.
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to inventory, stock movement, and cost variances for management review.
