What you will be doing:
- Deliver personalized, attentive, and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations
- Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanist’s menus, ingredients, and sustainability philosophy
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong product knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality
- Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold all service standards, health and safety guidelines, and liquor licensing regulations
- Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with Botanist’s luxury brand
