What you will be doing:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards
- Engage guests through storytelling, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality
- Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and Botanist’s award-winning cocktail program
- Ensure the bar is set up, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
- Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the bar
- Support ongoing innovation by sharing ideas and participating in menu development
