What you will be doing:
- Support Servers in delivering a seamless, professional, and engaging dining experience
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing meet Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently support guest interactions
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Support large parties, special events, and unique dining experiences with professionalism
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
