Job Description

Oversee all hotel operations during the night as the manager on duty
Manage night audit process, including financial reconciliation and reporting
Handle front desk operations: check ins, check outs, guest requests, and complaints
Ensure accuracy of all postings, room rates, and accounts in Opera
Conduct regular security walks and ensure safety of guests, staff, and property
Perform light cleaning and ensure public areas are well maintained
Assist with guest needs, including luggage and late arrivals
Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
Prepare reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team
Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
