We are seeking a motivated and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join The Ternary team. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Duty Managers and wider leadership team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, assist in leading front-of-house teams, and play a key role in delivering service excellence and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food & Beverage Duty Managers in overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring warm, professional, and consistent service delivery
- Assist in supervising restaurant and bar teams, including daily shift coordination across breakfast and dinner services
- Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, assisting in resolving issues to ensure positive outcomes
- Maintain clear communication through service logs and strong cross-department collaboration
- Support delivery against service standards and guest satisfaction targets
- Assist with team training, inductions, and ongoing compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
