We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in leading and executing integrated digital strategies across multiple channels. The role will be responsible for driving the performance of SEA and paid social campaigns, overseeing website content and email marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, monitor and analyze key KPIs, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing, and website (CMS e.g. WordPress), ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment
- Management and optimization of performance campaigns (SEA and paid social), including budget tracking, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
- Management website content, SEO optimization, UX improvements, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Coordination of content distribution across OTA platforms, review sites, and local listings to ensure brand visibility and consistency
- Execution of email marketing activities, including segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign performance analysis
- Management of social media content planning, publishing, community monitoring, and performance reporting
- Support in content creation and copywriting across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice
- Support in coordination of photo and video production activities, working with brand team and external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and analysis of digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, funnels, attribution models) with reporting and insights
- Support in MarTech tools usage and optimization to improve campaign efficiency and automation
- Competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution
