- Oversee and manage the hotel鈥檚 IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, PMS, POS systems, and guest-facing technologies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a service-oriented culture that supports both hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with the hotel鈥檚 operational goals and evolving hospitality technology trends.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and high service standards.
- Continuously evaluate hotel systems and processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced guest services (e.g., Wi-Fi, smart room tech, digital check-in).
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and hospitality industry best practices to safeguard guest and business data.
- Provide strategic guidance on the adoption and customization of hotel technologies to improve operational efficiency and elevate guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance) to understand operational needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Oversee IT projects such as system upgrades, new hotel openings, or technology rollouts, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Stay current with hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep the hotel competitive in guest experience and operational excellence.
- Support change management initiatives, including staff training and system adoption, to ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
