This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the daily operation of the pastry and bakery section.
You will:
- Prepare and present high-quality pastry and bakery items within set cost margins
- Oversee pastry production for restaurant and conference & event service
- Ensure food preparation and presentation consistently meets brand standards
- Drive innovation and contribute fresh ideas to menus
- Maintain strict HACCP and food safety compliance
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen team members
- Coordinate with stewarding and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate and uphold Accor Values in daily operations
