Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and storage areas as allocated
Ensure rooms are cleaned and presented to hotel standards prior to guest occupancy
Replenish guest amenities, supplies, and linen according to room type requirements
Carry out scheduled and routine cleaning duties as per hotel procedures
Handle guest laundry in accordance with hotel policies
Report lost property in line with hotel procedures
Use and maintain cleaning equipment safely and report any faults
Follow correct procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping equipment and storage areas
Assist with stock checks and housekeeping supplies when required
Ensure security of guest rooms, keys, and hotel property at all times
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor
Support other team members with cleaning duties when required
Ensure rooms are reported as clean and ready using hotel systems
