This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans across key market segments, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value guests. The position oversees day-to-day sales activities, prepares sales reports and forecasts, and analyzes market trends to optimize performance. In close collaboration with marketing and operations teams, the Assistant Director of Sales ensures alignment of commercial strategies and brand positioning. The role also represents the hotel at client meetings, industry events, and sales missions to strengthen market presence and expand the client base.
