We are seeking a highly operational and guest-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Conference, MICE, and Concert Management, with proven ability to lead large-scale events and deliver seamless execution. A solid operational background in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division is essential, along with a strong understanding of overall hotel operations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and highly responsive to guest needs and business demands. The successful candidate must be exceptionally strong in operations, capable of driving service excellence, leading teams effectively, and handling ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are required.
