Your Role in the Story
As a Mini Bar Attendant at LUURA, you play an important role in enhancing the in-room guest experience by ensuring that all minibars are perfectly stocked, clean, and accurately recorded. Working independently and with a strong sense of responsibility, you help maintain LUURA’s standards of quality, presentation, and trust.
Your attention to detail and accuracy directly impact guest satisfaction, revenue integrity, and smooth coordination between Housekeeping and Front Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Check, restock, and replenish minibar items in all assigned guest rooms according to LUURA standards.
- Ensure minibar products are neatly arranged, clean, and attractively presented.
- Accurately record all consumed minibar items and submit reports for correct guest billing.
- Verify expiry dates and remove expired, damaged, or unsuitable items immediately.
- Clean and sanitize minibar units, trays, and surrounding areas during each service.
- Maintain correct stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Handle minibar items, stock, and records with honesty and accountability at all times.
- Ensure minibar pantries and storage areas are clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Identify and report any minibar equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues.
- Respect guest privacy, room status, and “Do Not Disturb” procedures at all times
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office regarding room availability and minibar postings.
- Follow lost & found procedures if guest items are encountered in rooms.
- Complete all assigned rooms within the shift and report task completion as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
- Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
