We are seeking a polished, intuitive Concierge to curate seamless, bespoke journeys for our discerning guests—before and after their voyage. You will anticipate needs, orchestrate exceptional experiences, and deliver service defined by discretion, precision, and excellence.
What You'll be Doing:
- Curate highly personalized concierge experiences for our valued clients and guests
- Design and book bespoke excursions, transfers, and exclusive experiences
- Anticipate guest preferences and identify refined upsell opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Yacht Operations and Sales for flawless execution
- Deliver a seamless digital experience through CRM and guest platforms
- Resolve inquiries with elegance and efficiency, discreetly communicate with management on complex matters
