About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to deliver outstanding service and guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and operate a designated kitchen section during service
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to brand standards
- Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and support cost control
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
