We are looking for a handsâon, businessâsavvy Senior HR Location Specialist who can act as the right hand of the HR Lead and take ownership of both daily onâsite HR operations and Compensation & Benefits topics. This role blends operational excellence with strategic HR responsibility â ideal for a senior HR professional who enjoys being close to employees while managing key compensation processes and supporting leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Location HR Operations
- Serve as a main HR contact for all onâsite employees.
- Manage dayâtoâday HR matters and adâhoc employee requests.
- Maintain strong employee communication and foster a positive local HR experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate and manage annual salary review cycles and annual bonus process.
- Oversee and maintain job architecture and job evaluation systems.
- Manage local benefit programs and propose improvements.
- Support transparency and internal equity initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data, documentation, and compliance with local regulations.
Strategic & Advisory Support
- Act as the deputy to the HR Lead; support strategic HR planning and execution.
- Drive locationâlevel adaptation of global, country, and BU HR initiatives.
- Partner with managers to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
HR Governance & Improvement
- Ensure HR documentation and processes meet legal and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR tools, processes, and reporting.
- Support change management and continuous improvement projects.
