Perform systematic and detailed analysis to identify and resolve hardware-related issues effectively.
Identify weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement in hardware systems and testing processes, implementing solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
Prepare and maintain detailed test results and provide comprehensive test documentation for all hardware releases.
Coordinate and facilitate communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, to ensure alignment on development and testing activities.
Present test results, technical findings, and hardware specifications to customers and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with customers to address technical issues, gather feedback, and implement design or testing improvements.
Provide technical expertise and support to customer service and analysis center activities, resolving hardware-related inquiries and challenges.
