A. System & Data Support
- Assist in system configuration, setup, and documentation
- Support dataset preparation, validation, and basic analysis
- Help monitor and track system issues, bugs, or inconsistencies

- Identify repetitive/manual tasks and suggest improvements
- Support automation initiatives (e.g., scripts, templates, simple tools)
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
C. Documentation
- Create and update technical documents, guidelines, and reports
- Maintain proper version control and documentation structure
- Support preparation of customer-facing or internal reports
D. Testing & Validation
- Assist in system testing (functional / regression testing)
- Record test results and highlight discrepancies
- Support troubleshooting with guidance from engineers
E. Cross-functional Support
- Work with different teams (e.g., design, quality, project team)
